Beyond the Uniform – Partners in Courage (वर्दी से परे – साहस की सच्ची साथी) Good Morning everyone! Respected Madam,  and my dear ladies, mei Divya w/o Sub Vipin kumar, aaj yaham ek lecture dene aya hum.आज का हमारा विषय है—"Beyond the Uniform – Partners in Courage." वर्दी से परे – साहस की सच्ची साथी एक soldier कभी अकेले strong नहीं बनता। उसकी strength के पीछे उसका परिवार होता है... और उस परिवार की सबसे बड़ी ताकत होती है—his partner. तो शुरुआत एक छोटे-से सवाल से करते हैं... यहाँ कितनी ladies,Army life में 5 या उससे ज़्यादा postings देख चुकी हैं? Raise your hands. वाह... देखिए! लगता है यहाँ packing experts की पूरी team बैठी है! सच बताइए... हम Army wives को Google Maps से ज़्यादा किस चीज़ की knowledge होती है? Posting Orders की! बस किसी जगह adjust हुए time bhi... Orders aathi hei "Packing shuru karo..." कभी-कभी तो लगता है packing boxes भी हमें देखकर बोलते होंगे... "Phir mil gaye hum?!" लेकिन seriously... हर posting हमें एक नई life lesson देकर जाती है। नई जगह...नए लोग...नई language... नई culture...और फिर भी... हम हर जगह अपना एक छोटा-सा khar बना लेते हैं। That's the beauty of Army life. अब एक और सवाल... Kitni ladies ne apna ghar almost akeli shift kiya hai jab husband field ya TD, Course mein the? Raise your hands. देखा...यही तो हमारी strength है। लोग कहते हैं... "Army wife hona mushkil hoga na?" मैं कहती हूँ... "Haan... mushkil toh hai... but impossible bilkul nahi!" Because Army wives don't just adjust... They adapt... they inspire... and they keep moving forward. अगर कोई मुझसे पूछे कि... "Army wife ka profession kya hai?" मैं कहूँगी... Profession नहीं...Multi-professionals! हम wife भी हैं...Mother भी...Teacher भी...Doctor भी...Accountant भी... Event Manager भी...Counsellor भी... और सबसे important... Husband ki personal reminder app bhi! "Wallet liya?""ID Card?""Phone charger?""Medicine?" कभी-कभी लगता है...अगर हम reminder न दें... तो आधा सामान घर पर ही रह जाए! लेकिन अब एक serious question... Yahan kitni ladies aisi hain jo sabka khayal rakhti hain... lekin khud ka sabse last mein?...Exactly... हम पूछते हैं..."Bachchon ne khana khaya?""Husband safely pahunch gaye?""Sab theek hai?" लेकिन...*"Main theek hoon?"* ये सवाल हम खुद से बहुत कम पूछते हैं। Please remember... *Self-care is not selfish.* अगर हम healthy होंगे...Happy होंगे... Mentally peaceful होंगे...तो हमारा पूरा family भी strong रहेगा।अब मैं आप सबसे एक और सवाल पूछना चाहती हूँ... Kitni ladies ka koi hobby tha... Singing... Dancing... Painting... Writing... jo shaadi ya responsibilities ke baad kahin na kahin chod gaya? (Pause.) Aur ek aur baat jo main bahut dil se kehna chahti hoon... Hum sab apne families ke liye bahut kuch karte hain. Lekin agar possible ho, toh humein apne liye bhi kuch zaroor karna chahiye. Main sirf job ki baat nahi kar rahi hoon... Main baat kar rahi hoon financial independence ki. Haan, hamare husbands hamari har zaroorat ka dhyan rakhte hain. Lekin agar hum apni skills se khud bhi kuch earn kar sakein, toh uski khushi hi kuch aur hoti hai. Chahe woh teaching ho... Tailoring ho... Baking ho... Painting ho... Handicrafts ho... Online work ho... Ya koi chhota home business hi kyun na ho... Har skill ki apni ek value hoti hai. Aaj ke time mein opportunities bahut hain. Bas humein apni abilities ko pehchanna hai, unhe upskill karna hai aur ek chhota sa step lena hai. Yeh sirf paisa kamane ki baat nahi hai. Yeh apne confidence ki baat hai... Apni identity ki baat hai... Aur apni khushi ki baat hai. Jab hum kuch naya seekhte hain, apni mehnat se kuch achieve karte hain, toh humein sirf income hi nahi milti... ek alag hi sense of pride aur self-confidence milta hai. Isliye, agar aapke paas koi talent hai, toh use sirf hobby bankar mat rehne dijiye. Use ek opportunity banaiye. Kyunki ek financially confident aur emotionally happy woman, apne parivaar ko aur bhi mazboot bana deti hai. "Apni pehchaan sirf kisi ke naam se nahi, apni mehnat se bhi banao. Because when a woman grows, her entire family grows with her." आज घर जाकर सिर्फ एक promise कीजिए... "Main har din sirf 10-20 minutes apne liye zaroor nikalungi." कभी अपने लिए एक cup chai ya coffee enjoy कीजिए... अपनी favourite dish बनाइए.. Apne skills ko uplift keejiye Ek Evening walk पर जाइए... या बस किसी दोस्त के साथ 10–15 minutes दिल खोलकर बात कीजिए। These small moments recharge us and remind us that we matter too. "Apni pehchaan sirf kisi ke naam se nahi, apni mehnat se bhi banao. Because when a woman grows, her entire family grows with her." Army life ने हमें एक बहुत beautiful lesson सिखाया है... "Bloom wherever you are posted." कश्मीर हो...राजस्थान हो...झाँसी हो... या North East... हम हर जगह friends बना लेते हैं...हर जगह memories बना लेते हैं...और यही हमारी सबसे बड़ी strength है। और अंत में... मैं बस इतना कहना चाहूँगी... People salute a soldier for protecting our nation. और बिल्कुल सही करते हैं... लेकिन आज... आइए, कुछ पल उन महिलाओं के लिए भी तालियाँ बजाएँ... जो हर दिन एक soldier की courage, confidence और hope को मज़बूत बनाती हैं। हम शायद uniform नहीं पहनते... लेकिन हम हर दिन पहनते हैं... Patience... Love... Courage... and Hope. तो आइए, आज हम सभी अपने आप पर भी गर्व करें... हमारे पास शायद कोई medals नहीं हैं। हम parade ground पर march नहीं करते। We may not stand at the border. . लेकिन हर दिन हम उन लोगों के साथ मजबूती से खड़े रहते हैं, जो देश की रक्षा के लिए सीमा पर डटे रहते हैं। So whenever you look at a soldier in uniform...याद रखिए... There is another story beyond the uniform... A story of patience... resilience... sacrifice... and unconditional support. वो कहानी है...हम sab ki और इसलिए... We are not behind the uniform...
